Trusted Board of Assessors

They are the professionals who undertake the responsibilities of the University’s entire international operations and formulating all policies. Any changes or amendments of the structure or operations must have the full approval of the Trusted Board of Assessors . The sole Life Member with Power of Veto will be the Trusted Board of Assessors. The Executive Governor General has the right and the power to nominate any individual for any Official Status of the university’s operation in consultation with the other officials of the university. The Court of Governors will meet twice in a year to oversee the entire operations of the University.

Council of International Scholars

CAU’s main objective is to be one of the top, International Attributed Private Universities. To this concern CAU has taken the step of forming a Consortium of International Scholars to strengthen and to accomplish the aspirations and goals. The members of the Council of International Scholars are the Ceremonial Official Representatives of the University in the capacity of Honorary Positions. The professionals are selected from various walks of life and masters in their own fields, appointed by the Court of Governors of the University. The minimum term of office can be two years, but with both parties willingness, it can be extended for any number of years. They are the mentors of the university’s aim and objectives and participate in official functions of the university internationally

Council of International Academy

The Council of International Academy comes under direct supervision of the Vice President of the university. Once a year they will meet with the Governor General of the University at the Corporate Office in United States. But the International Academic Board will meet at least three times in a year and will make their suggestions to the Executive Senate Legislature.

Professional Knowledge University – Council of Regional Learning Academies

The Council of Regional Learning Academies will have the following operational structure. They will be directly answerable to the Executive Senate Legislature. The appointment of the Council of Regional Learning academies must have the final consent of the Executive Governor General.

Professional Knowledge University – Steering Committees

The Executive Senate Legislature is hereby authorised to form necessary Steering Committees on behalf of the Court of Governors as they may deem appropriate for the smooth operation of the University. The committees are formed to execute or to legislate in major academic, professional and vocational matters significantly affecting more than one Academy of the University. The Steering Committees will implement and execute the vision and mission of the University. Committee of Conferment will consult and analyze degree awarding concepts and methods. This Committee’s prime concern is to evaluate individual credentials for honorary awards from the university and the affirmation of Professorships. Committee of Publication and Research will launch into publication of reading and research materials and to advice on all aspect of the University’s Business Development and Research Methodology. Committee of Academics will look into all aspects of Professional and Vocational Programmes of the University. Committee of Awards will focus and develop appropriate schemes for assessing and awarding appropriate Credit allocation for Prior Learning and Experience and for assessment of the merits of each individual’s achievement. Committee of Ceremonies will focus and organize functions including annual graduation and alumni dinner.
